    It is made out of Plastic in a rectangle shape.
    It has a fun party crowd stirring and hanging out in a drink with a Seagram's 7 Crown bottle on one side,
    with a bottle of 7-Up on the other side.
    Has a hook in back for hanging.
    This is in NEW condition - Never used!
    It Measures Approximately 24" Long - 18" Wide.
