You are buying the original ship's alarm bell shown in the above photos.  The housing is made of aluminum, while the bell and handle are made of iron.  This alarm bell weighs 5 pounds.  It measures about 11 inches long x about 5 1/2 inches wide at its widest part.  It will extend out from the mounting surface by about 5 inches.
Working condition is not known.  Overall good condition with some surface wear from actual use on a vessel.
