Unmarked Brass Bell Sealed Nautical Possibly Floats Sealed Hand Antique

Description

up for consideration is an Antique fine brass enclosed and or sealed hand bell. It measures 10.75 in height with a 6 inch diameter bell. It has some weight but is significantly lighter than one would expect. It is unmarked hence it probably dates before the Tariff Act from the turn of the century.   Please see photos as part of the description.
